All of my pieces are handmade items and may differ slightly for each piece, have minor flaws, or small small quirks.
Care Instructions
- All pieces are non-toxic, and food safe unless otherwise indicated in the item description.
- All items are microwave and diswasher safe.
- While items are dishwasher safe I highly recommend hand-washing for the longevity of your item.
Shipping Policies
- I currently only offer shipping within the US through USPS.
- Orders ship within 5 business days after purchase.
Refunds
- Full refunds are granted if the item is broken upon arrival OR if the package is lost or stolen in transport.
- In the event your item arrives broken please email support@hebeceramics.com with your order number and pictures of your broken piece within 14 days of delivery to receive a refund.
- In the event your item is lost or stolen in transit you can file a claim via USPS or email me at support@hebeceramics.com within 30 days of your estimated delivery date with your order number.
